30-day money-back guarantee

If FlipIt Pro isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund your $57 in full. No hoops — just reach out within the window.

How to request a refund

  1. Email fadiagulec@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, or include your proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or transaction ID).
  2. Tell us the email or account tied to the purchase so we can locate it.
  3. We'll confirm and process the refund.

What happens to your Pro access

When a refund is issued, your Pro access is revoked. The lifetime unlock and its Pro-only features are deactivated once the refund is processed. You're welcome to purchase again later if you change your mind.

AI usage already consumed

FlipIt runs on paid AI services, so any processing you've already used (scripts generated, transcriptions, watermark erases, and so on) is consumed and can't be recovered. That's fine — usage you've already made does not affect your eligibility for the 30-day refund. You still get your full $57 back within the window.

Processing time

We aim to approve valid requests within a couple of business days. Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider, typically within 5–10 business days.

After 30 days

Because Pro is a lifetime license and AI costs are incurred as you use it, purchases are generally non-refundable after the 30-day window. If something's gone wrong, email us anyway — we'll do our best to make it right.
