Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FlipIt (“FlipIt,” “we,” “us”). By using FlipIt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What FlipIt is

FlipIt is a set of AI-powered tools for analyzing and remixing social content. Depending on the feature you use, FlipIt can download and analyze social videos, extract and rewrite scripts, generate content ideas and image prompts, transcribe spoken audio, score viral potential, grab scenes, and erase watermarks or on-screen text from media you provide. FlipIt is a tool that helps you work with content — it is not a content library, a media host, or a rights clearinghouse.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FlipIt to:

3. Your content and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, download, or process through FlipIt, and for how you use the output. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you put into FlipIt, and that your use complies with:

FlipIt does not grant you any rights to third-party content. Downloading or extracting a video through FlipIt does not make you its owner and does not give you a license to reuse it. Whether a particular use is permitted — including fair use or fair dealing — is your responsibility to determine. If in doubt, get permission from the rights holder.

4. Pro access

FlipIt offers a one-time paid “Pro” unlock that grants lifetime access to Pro features on the terms in effect at the time of purchase. Pro is a personal, non-transferable license to use the software; it is not a sale of any content or of the software itself. We may suspend or revoke Pro access if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or if your purchase is refunded, charged back, or reversed. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued over time as the product evolves.

5. Service provided “as is”

FlipIt is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose; you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or publish it. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipIt and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or content, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Pro access in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, USD 50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlipIt and its operator from any claim, demand, or liability — including reasonable legal fees — arising from content you process through FlipIt or from your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
